Take notice that online registration doesn’t release from registration fee amounted 1 000 rub.
Besides it doesn’t release from insurance.

To fill in the insurance form on the BGV ground every participant must have passport or any other document identifying his personality.
Persons aged 14-18 years will be admitted to competition only having this form filled in by parents.

This form must be notarized. The participants who fall into this age group and who have
no form filled in by the parents and notarized will not be admitted to the competition.
Registration forms filled in later than the 22 of December 2009 won’t be viewed.
